Cancellation Policy for AdGorilla Marketing

Thank you for choosing AdGorilla Marketing for your marketing needs. We appreciate your business and would like to inform you of our updated cancellation policy, effective immediately.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation Period & Process:

Clients may cancel their services with AdGorilla Marketing at any time.

  • The request needs to be submitted 30 days in advance.
  • The request must include the client’s name, account details, and a brief explanation for the cancellation.

 

Refund Policy:

All sales and agreements are final. No refunds will be provided for services rendered. Contractual Agreements:

  • All proposals and contracts become active and binding upon payment of the first invoice.
  • Refunds are available within 3 days of the initial payment, provided that no services have been rendered or products delivered.
  • For contracts with durations of 3, 6, or 12 months, clients are obligated to fulfill the entire contract term.
  • In the event of early cancellation, clients are required to pay 50% of the remaining months’ fees.
  • To request a refund, customers must submit a written request detailing the reason for the refund and providing any necessary supporting documentation.
  • Approved Refund requests will be processed within 30 business days, and approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • After the stipulated refund period, no refunds will be granted.
  • Any additional fees or expenses incurred by the customer, such as third-party fees, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the specified criteria outlined in this policy.
  • For cancellations after the refund period, customers may be eligible for a credit or alternative arrangement, subject to our discretion.
  • Modifications to proposals or contracts may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and any changes may affect refund eligibility.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment information to prevent processing delays.
  • This Refund Policy is subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to customers in a timely manner.

Payment for Remaining Months:

  • Clients canceling a contract with remaining months will be invoiced for 50% of the fees for the remaining duration of the contract.
  • Payment is due within 5 days from the date of the cancellation request.

Exceptions to Cancellation Policy:

Abuse of Services:

AdGorilla Marketing reserves the right to deny services and take appropriate action in cases where the client has engaged in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

Changes to the Policy:

AdGorilla Marketing reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through email or by posting a revised policy on our website.
